Milano’s is more than just a restaurant — it’s a reflection of heritage, hospitality, and a lifelong devotion to great food. Founded by brothers Stefano and Federico Paderi, who grew up in Milan and honed their skills across some of Italy’s and the UK’s most respected venues, the restaurant brings a unique depth of experience to Falmouth’s dining scene.
From warm neighbourhood cafés to refined city establishments, their background spans every corner of hospitality. With Milano’s, they’ve created a space that captures the atmosphere of an authentic Italian eatery: relaxed, stylish, and full of heart.
